Delete your account and data
You can ask us to delete your account and the information we hold about you at any time.
You can ask us to delete your Fleet Media account and the data we hold about you at any time. This includes data collected through the Fleet Media app. You do not need to be signed in to submit a request.
How to request deletion
Complete the form at the bottom of this page, or email kontakt@fleetmedia.dk with the subject “Account deletion”. Please state the email address your account was created with so we can locate it.
We confirm receipt by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your user account and login credentials
- Contact details: name, email, phone number, postcode and city
- Vehicle details: make, model, year, colour and registration number
- Location and driving data recorded by the app, including routes and timestamps
- Your application and correspondence with us
What we are required to keep
If you have received payments from us, the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires us to retain accounting records for five years from the end of the financial year they relate to. This covers agreements, invoices and payment records.
These records are stored separately, used solely for accounting and statutory reporting, and are not used to operate the platform. Everything else is deleted.

If you have an active campaign
If your vehicle currently carries advertising, we will contact you before deleting the account so we can arrange removal of the wrap and settle any outstanding payment. The deletion is then completed.
